Who's on the League of Legends champion wheel
The wheel comes loaded with 12 of the most-played champions across different roles: mages, assassins, marksmen, tanks, and fighters. Ahri, Lux, and Katarina cover mid. Jinx, Ezreal, and Vayne cover bot. Lee Sin, Riven, and Yasuo handle jungle and top. Thresh brings support utility. Zed and Garen round out the roster for players who want all-in carry or pure frontline durability.
You're not locked to these 12. The entry panel next to the wheel lets you type in any champion name and press Enter to add them. Delete any entry you don't own or don't play with the X next to it. If you want to rebuild the list from scratch, hit Clear and start fresh. You can also paste a newline-separated list of champions into the bulk import area to load a whole roster in one go.
Ways to use the champion spinner
One-tricks dodging the meta
Add your five or six mains, spin, and commit to whatever it lands on. No overthinking the patch notes — just play the champion the wheel gives you.
Challenge runs and off-role games
Load the wheel with champions you've never played and force yourself to figure them out. Hide any entry with the eye-toggle to skip champions temporarily — for example, if Riven is banned — without removing them from the list permanently.
Group drafts and content creation
Running a custom lobby where every player spins for their champion adds a chaos element that standard draft doesn't. The winner dialog shows the result with share buttons for X, WhatsApp, and Facebook, so broadcasting who got Yasuo into a full-tank team is one tap away.
Weighted spins for practice priority
Each entry has a numeric weight (default 1). Set a champion's weight to 3 and it occupies a proportionally larger slice, coming up more often — useful if you're trying to grind one pick while keeping the others in the pool for variety. Adjust weights directly in the entry row, not via a slider.
Customising the wheel
Open the Customize panel to pick from 16 colour palettes — Neon and Midnight work well for the LoL aesthetic. Hit Shuffle colors to reorder the current palette without switching it. Spin duration is fixed at 3, 5, or 10 seconds; 5 seconds gives a satisfying build-up without dragging. The Remove Winner toggle below the wheel deletes each result from the pool after it lands, which is handy for drafting a full five-player team without duplicates.
If you want to explore wheels for other games, the Gaming hub has options across different genres. Or build a completely custom wheel for any game situation with the wheel generator.
Spin history during your session
Every champion the wheel lands on is logged in the spin history section beneath the wheel, newest first. That means you can track which champions have already come up in a group draft or a challenge run without keeping notes. The list clears when you refresh the page — it lives only in the current session. Your results also appear in the History dropdown in the site header alongside results from any other wheels you've used in the same browser.
