What's on the challenge wheel
The wheel comes loaded with 12 challenges that work in almost any group setting:
- Sing a song — belt out whatever comes to mind
- Do 10 pushups — the classic physical forfeit
- Impersonate someone — a celebrity, a friend, anyone
- Dance for 30 seconds — no excuses, no skipping
- Tell a joke — good or bad, it counts
- Recite a poem — from memory or improvised
- Do a magic trick — even a bad one qualifies
- Backwards alphabet — Z to A, out loud
- Handstand — wall-assisted is allowed
- Speak in accent — pick any accent and commit
- Beatbox — thirty seconds minimum is a fair house rule
- Balance on one leg — group decides when you've earned it
The mix covers physical, creative, and performance challenges, so the wheel stays entertaining across different groups and ages.
Editing the challenge wheel to fit your group
The built-in list is a starting point. If your group has inside jokes, running dares, or things that are off-limits, swap them out. Type a new challenge into the entry field and press Enter to add it, or hit the X next to any entry to remove it. The Ideas button can suggest extra challenge ideas if you're stuck.
For bigger customisation — say you're running a party with a themed challenge list — paste your full list into the bulk-import text area and the wheel updates instantly. You can also hide individual entries with the eye toggle to sit them out for a round without deleting them permanently.
If one challenge should come up more often (or less), edit its weight in the entry row. A higher number means a proportionally larger slice and a greater chance of landing. That's handy if you want "Do 10 pushups" to appear roughly twice as often as everything else — just set its weight to 2.
Heading into a party game with alcohol involved? The drinking game wheel pairs well alongside this one for a more layered evening.
Running the wheel at a party
The Remove Winner toggle below the wheel is useful here. Switch it on and each challenge disappears from the pool once it's been landed on, so the group works through every challenge before anything repeats. Switch it off and you'll get a pure random draw every spin — the same challenge can come up multiple times, which is fine for casual play.
When the wheel lands, a winner dialog pops up naming the challenge. Anyone can share it directly from that dialog — via the native share sheet on mobile, or to X, WhatsApp, or Facebook — which keeps the group in the loop if you're mixing remote and in-person players.
Spin history is listed below the wheel for the current session, so you can scroll back and check what's already been done. It clears when you leave the page.
